About

Carling Lee

Attorney

Carling has the unique experience of being both a native New Orleanian and a #HongKongHottie. Before joining Fleur De Lis Law & Title, Carling was a former prosecutor for Jefferson Parish, where she tried cases in Juvenile Court and Parish Courts. She is also a restaurateur by training, having run her parents’ restaurant, Royal China, until their recent, well-deserved retirement after 44 years.

Carling is a restorer of homes. She has spent years meticulously restoring a former grocery store in the Irish Channel to its full glory as a multi-unit home. She has repurposed junk dressers to bathroom vanities and turned wine bottles into bed lamps. After Carling restored her own home, she got the property bug that she couldn’t shake. Now, she runs a few of her own investment properties in New Orleans, giving visitors to the city the great time they deserve.

Carling is a party thrower, community builder, and hostess through and through. She believes in dotted i’s, crossed t’s, glitter, and crawfish. When she’s not working, you might find Carling playing with her designer rescue dogs or working on her crafting projects. If you ever stop by her house, you will receive a professional-quality meal made with extreme efficiency, a beverage, and most likely, an invitation to another party.
