Coby Venable is the Managing Attorney for the Uptown New Orleans location. Coby joined the company in October 2017. His knowledge of the New Orleans real estate market and focus on relationship building have made him an asset in Orleans and Jefferson parishes.

Coby earned his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law in 2015. Prior to Law School, he attended the University of Georgia and graduated Magna Cum Laude. Before joining Fleur De Lis Law & Title, Coby worked primarily in civil litigation, but also devoted time to public interest work through clerkships at the Orleans Public Defender’s Office and the ACLU. Additionally, Coby is a member of the Preservation Resource Society of New Orleans, Women’s Council of Realtor’s New Orleans, New Orleans Bar Association, and 504Ward.

Coby resides along the Uptown parade route. He participates in various recreational sports leagues, including softball, golf, soccer, and bowling.
