Dawn Cazedessus
CEO
Dawn’s business experience began in 1998, when she was employed with corporate pharmaceutical giant Merck & Co. The three years she spent under their tutelage laid the foundation for the genesis of her own small business. Mochaccino’s coffee house and café was birthed from a desire to achieve the American dream of obtaining ownership in her own company. Dawn opened the original café in August of 2000 and sold her first franchise store shortly after. The company eventually expanded to include seven franchises and more than 100 baristas and managers in total. In 2007, she sold this franchise corporation and embarked on a real estate investment journey. The following year, Dawn bought her first investment property and became a REALTOR®. She continued to grow her investment portfolio while also celebrating her first year in the industry with a Rookie-of-the-Year Award! In 2012, she created 12 Stones Coaching, Speaking, and Consulting Company to launch her executive coaching business. By 2013, her real estate business had grown so much that she had formed a real estate mega-team. Dawn continued her real estate and coaching success by taking the CEO position for the Mandeville Keller Williams office. In 2020, she became the Regional Director for the Keller Williams Gulf States region, where she used her business and coaching experience to oversee an entity of 5000 people. In January of 2022, Dawn embarked on a new career as CEO of Sterling Surgical Hospital, southeast Louisiana’s preeminent multi-specialty surgical hospital. Currently, Dawn is the CEO of Fleur De Lis Law & Title company. FDL is proud to provide expert legal and title services to communities across the Gulf States Region. Dawn intends to use her history in the real estate industry and executive coaching world to impact the lives of others by helping them to take a step (or two) toward their lifetime goals and achieve success.
